For eSIM data, buy a new package anytime — no contract, no expiry beyond the plan's own validity window. For calling plans, you can top up mid-cycle or upgrade to a higher tier; unused minutes on monthly plans don't roll over, same convention as most carriers.
Yes. We route NGN payments via Paystack and OPay, GHS via Flutterwave, and KES via M-Pesa. USD and EUR are handled via Stripe. Your wallet automatically converts to credits at the live rate on top-up.
No. Per-session cost is fixed at purchase time and shown before you buy. Subscription plans are monthly and you can cancel any time from your dashboard — no cancellation fee, plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Builder is our $9/month (≈ ₦14,400) plan for solo developers and small African startups who want guaranteed monthly credits, Africa-first routing, and email support without committing to a larger plan. It's the most popular on-ramp for builders in Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya.
Ghana, India, South Africa, and Kenya carry a lower margin (15–20% vs. our 35% default) because our wholesale eSIM cost in those markets is already high enough that the default margin would push retail well above the competitive $1–4/GB band. Nigeria stays at the 35% default — the wholesale floor there is competitive on its own, so cutting margin further wouldn't reflect a real cost difference.
